About Abigail Ellen Reiner
I am committed to helping clients improve their emotional well-being and overall functioning through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My goal is to support clients in developing effective coping strategies and behavioral skills that promote meaningful and lasting change.
I believe mental health treatment should be accessible to those who need it. I support accessibility by accepting insurance and offering affordable treatment options whenever possible.
I provide therapy to individuals across a wide range of ages, with a clinical focus on older children, adolescents, and adults. I utilize goal-oriented treatment and emphasize skill development. I do not believe therapy must be indefinite; instead, I help clients achieve symptom reduction, build self-efficacy, and apply therapeutic techniques independently in daily life.
